Legacy Artwork Live Auction – Official Rules
Item: One-of-one original 36” x 36” painting by Timothy Orikri. This artwork is the original album cover for an upcoming legacy release honoring the life and legacy of Adam Sgambelluri. It is the only original in existence.
Beneficiary: 100% of proceeds from this auction will benefit the family of the Adam Sgambellueri
Pre-Bidding:
• Opens February 25th at 12:00 PM (EST)
• Pre-bids must be submitted through deeperwatersdetroit.com official form
• Current high bid may be announced without naming the bidder unless permission is given
• Final bidding and close will take place live during the stream

• Live bidding will take place in the official Twitch stream chat only
• Minimum bid increments will be announced before bidding begins
• The auction uses a soft close: bidding ends when no new bids are received for 30 seconds
Winning Bid & Payment:
